Policies, directives, notices enable VAAFM Meat Inspection to carry out its mission of protecting the public health. 

Vermont Notices

  • Vermont Notices are time sensitive materials used to provide instruction in support of workplace policies, procedures, and food safety regulations. The Notices are based on the requirements of the USDA Food Safety Inspection Service.
Vermont Directives
  • Vermont Directives provide official communiction and instruction to Agency personnel in carrying out their functions.
Vermont Policies
  • Vermont Policies provide guidance for administration and enforcement of agency statutes and for advising the public of agency policy.
