Mosquito Permits
The Agency may issue permits for mosquito adulticide for nuisance mosquitos using ground-based, truck-mounted sprayers as provided by CVR 20-31-122, Section 6.07: Mosquito Adulticide Permit.
No person shall apply a mosquito adulticide for nuisance mosquitos using ground-based truck-mounted sprayers without first obtaining an approved permit from the Secretary. All mosquito permit applications received by the Agency will be posted here for 30 days for public review. Comments received during the 30-day posting period will be compiled and evaluated by Agency staff.
