Storage-for-hire of more than 1000 pounds of an agriculture product requires the responsible party to have a warehouse license.
6 V.S.A. §891 to 893 explain the licensing requirement for any warehouse that stores over 1000 pounds of the following commodities: milk, cream, butter, eggs, dressed meat, poultry and fruit.
