6 V.S.A §2722a requires that the Agency of Agriculture publish a notice on the Agency website for 14 days any time a new application for a Vermont Milk Handler’s License is received. The purpose of the notice is to seek comment from persons who are requesting that the Agency hold a hearing before issuing a license to the applicant. Anyone with a concern for any of the companies listed below should do so in writing by mail or email by the due date listed in the notice. All correspondences should be directed to the address below:
