The Multi-Partner Agricultural Conservation Practice Tracking and Planning Geospatial Database (Partner Database) will improve planning and tracking of agricultural best management practice (BMP) implementation across the State of Vermont. The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets (VAAFM), along with partners both within and outside of state government will access the database. The Partner Database will be accessed by VAAFM non-regualtory staff and authorized partners via an online interface.
The following documents and forms are available for partners working in this initiative:
Quality Assurance Project Plann (QAPP) : All Partner Database users must review the QAPP prior to reporting information into the Partner Database.
Conservation Practice Survey Guidance: Document providing guidance for partners involved in survey collection and reporting.
Partner Database User Instructions : These are user friendly directions that you can print out and have on hand. Please refer to these directions before calling the database administrator for additional assistance.
Partner Database User Agreement : All Partner Database users must submit this form before recieving full user access to the Partner Database.
Farm Waiver Form for Information Sharing to the Partner Database : This form is optional for farmer funded practices, but required for any USDA NRCS funded practices to be entered into the Partner Database.
If you are working with a farm that is not in the Partner Database, we will need to add them as a farm before you can track visits, or enter practices for their operation. Please submit all information via the form below.
