To file a concern or complaint with the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets, please review the below links to determine the program your concern should be registered with. When submitting a complaint or concern, please provide detailed information that will allow us to evaluate the information for follow-up. Please be as detailed as possible to provide a complete picture of your concerns and observations. For example, a complaint that is one sentence long with limited information does not provide enough information for follow-up. Do not report the same complaint multiple times.
**PLEASE BE AWARE**
If the complaint lacks adequate information and/or there is no way for the Agency to contact you to follow up, the Agency may not be able to investigate the matter.
