Short Weight – The weight stated on the package must reflect the weight of the product only, excluding the weight of the packaging material.

Scanners- Price scanning systems charge a different price than is posted.

Short Measure- Meters deliver less than the amount indicated on the meter display or receipt. Usually applies to gas pumps and bulk deliver of home heating fuel and propane.
