Golf Course Permits

GOLF COURSE PERMITS

These permits are issued for a person intending to operate a new or expanded golf course where a pesticide is planned to be used. 

Applicants must complete and submit a Golf Course Permit Application and follow the guidance on the Agency’s Vermont Golf Course Information & Resources.  Golf Course Permit Applications can be obtained by requesting one from Agricultural Resource Management Specialist Matt Wood.
