This notice reissues instructions previously issued in FSIS Notice 33-22, Modifications to the Kidney Inhibition Swab (KISTM) Reason Code Selection Options in the Public Health Information System, to continue to inform Public Health Veterinarians, Supervisory Consumer Safety Inspectors, and Consumer Safety Inspectors of the KIS testing reason codes in the Public Health Information System (PHIS).
