Five outstanding Vermonters were inducted into the Ag Hall of Fame on August 28th at a luncheon held at the Champlain Valley Expo: 
- Emerging Leader: Joanna Samuelson Lidback, The Farm at Wheeler Mountain, Westmore
- Ag Innovator: Marie Audet, Blue Spruce Farm, Bridport
- Lifetime Achievement: Bill Rowell, Green Mountain Dairy, Sheldon
- Lifetime Achievement: Jack and Anne Lazor, Butterworks Farm, Westfield
Ag Secretary Anson Tebbetts and UVM Extension Director Chuck Ross emceed the event, which was attended by more than 125 guests.
Champlain Valley Expo will begin accepting nominations for the 2020 Ag Hall of Fame class beginning in February of next year. Look for an announcement here in Agriview, or on the Champlain Valley Exposition website (https://cvexpo.org/hall-of-fame/), announcing the start of the nomination period.
