Recipe: Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Makes one delicious serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter (almond, sunflower or other works too!)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
