February 25, 2022 | Montpelier, VT - On February 17, 2022, the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) released its first ever National Hemp Report. The report contains data from growers across the United States and provides the value of hemp produced in 2021 by type of production- grain, fiber, and floral. Floral hemp is the primary end use produced in Vermont and nationally. The price reported by NASS for floral hemp “grown in open” in Vermont is $265.00 per pound.
