Description: Boneyard Farm is a diversified farm in Fletcher, VT, owned by Hannah and John Doyle. This workshop will cover some of the farm's work with numerous organizations in establishing stream buffers, constructing in-stream wood additions, and adding native plants, as well as building permanent livestock crossings and fencing. Farm owner Hannah Doyle and Vermont Land Trust Ecology & Restoration Program Director Allaire Diamond will discuss on-farm stormwater management, water quality, biodiversity, habitat management, and agriculture in a climate crisis. Hannah will cover motivations for prioritizing conservation and address benefits and challenges of working with the many organizations supporting this work. This workshop earns one RAP Agricultural Water Quality education credit.
