Job Title: Veggie Farm Manager
Job Description:
Duties include:
- Seeding and plant management in our propagation house
- Seeding and transplanting in the field
- Management of seeding/transplanting and harvest record keeping
- Planning, implementing and supervising weekly transplanting, weeding and maintenance task lists
- Planning and Supervising bi-weekly harvest and pack out for the farm store, farmer’s market and wholesale accounts.
- Management of a 1-4 member field crew (depending on the time of year).
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
- Comfortable working in both warm and cold environments for extended periods of time.
- At least two seasons of prior vegetable growing experience
- Ability to supervise others
- Ability to work individually and with a team.
Job Duration: Seasonal
- This position is full time for the growing season - from early April through November with the option of full or part time hours in the winter months.

- Commensurate with Experience
- Seasonal Veggie and Meat Shares and credit at our farm store
