The Biology Department supports AAFM and ANR in the areas of Dairy Regulation, Animal Health, Vector-borne disease and water bacteriology.

  • Mastitis and Serology testing for livestock.    
  • Molecular detection of tick-borne pathogens.
  • Training and certification of private dairy labs.
