The University of Vermont Extension recently launched a new Produce Safety Portal. This web portal for growers and service providers provides produce safety resources tailored to the northeast region and community. It’s a “one stop shop” to access information and images, save searches and favorites, and add relevant content to the Portal’s curated repository.
Portal content (including fact sheets, case studies, photos, SOPs, web-links, and much more) is contributed by people in Vermont’s produce farming community and beyond. Content can be added by any account holder, to be reviewed and published by site moderators.
To take full advantage of the Portal, create a free user account to save searches and favorites, and easily add content: www.uvm.edu/extension/produceportal.
