Public Comment
The public comment period will begin on July 17, 2024, and remain open until September 9, 2024. Following the closure of the public comment period on September 9, 2024, the Agency will respond to all comments at the time the rule revision is issued.

Public Hearing
A public hearing was held in-person with a hybrid option through Microsoft Teams at 116 State Street, Montpelier, Vermont 05620 in the 2nd Floor Conference Room on August 29th, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. No public comments were received during this hearing.
